No, Kam... you're definitely not the only one. I'm gettin really bored just sitting here... I've put out job applications all over Lumberton and a couple in Fayetteville, but no one seems to want to hire me.
Also, Kam... gimme a call when you get the chance, I need to ask you something about What MUST Be Done before school starts.

To tell ya the truth, i"m ready to get back too...Nothin exciting going on in Charlotte at all...Just working and doing nothin. I might be comin up to my apt finally this summer sometime end of this month. If not, I'm gonna be there 2 weeks b4 classes start(Los and PJ are supposedly moving in at the beginning of Aug.)

My summer has been full of school work due to the fact that I am going to summer school here at Pfeiffer. Calculus I and II are a blast. I can't wait until this summer is over and I get to see all my friends during the school year. I miss them so much. I can't wait to see you guys up at UNCP again. Of course this time I get to stay in an apartment. ;D Also, if you ever get the urge to just say "hello" or drop me a line, go ahead. I get kind of lonely out in this big internet world. Well, my summer just took a wild turn... the restaurant Alissa works at is short-handed, and will be more short-handed when she leaves in two weeks. So they asked her last night if I would be interested in taking over her job. I was supposed to have the weekend to think about it, but one of the owners called this morning, and asked if I could come in TONIGHT.  They are supposed to be really busy tonight, and someone else quit last night. SO, Matt has a job. Great thing about it is that they are only Tuesday-Saturday, so I'm gauranteed Sundays and Mondays off until Christmas, then they open Mondays for 4 weeks. My hours will always be the same; 4:30- ~11:00. AND they said when school starts I can cut back to about 2 or 3 nights a week. |

For Matt..... HIGH 5!!! Congrats on your new Job.... So now Matt is going to be rolling in some dough. Well I thought i would let everyone know i'm doing alright this summer... i wish it was better but it's ok. My Vacation offically started today. This mean i don't work for a week at Blockbuster, but i get paid for it. So it's one stress free week for Los. I don't plan on doing much until Sat. That's when i'm going to Carowinds, Again. So i'm going to enjoy my break now. Take care...

UPDATE: First night was pretty good, they had Alissa training me tonight and someone else Wednesday, then I'm on my own. I don't get tips when I'm training, but I get $6/hr. just to follow someone around. Lemme see, what else.... got to see old people get drunk on cheap wine, thats always fun. And Jason, they might need more help, I'll check into it.

Well I'll be damned (and I do have a say in that, ya know). Matt finds a job, Los takes a break from his job, and I just quit my job. Yep, no more Central Park for me. I cursed out my last dumbass customer today. Now I start yelling at kids.

After the 2nd 13 hour day of teaching Scotland marching band........Just one word of advice to all of you.... CHANGE YOUR $#@%# MAJOR! I'm wishing I had gone into something easy  (convincing myself that band is fun...over and over) Just one question..... Why do parents of retarded kids let them march? Really? If your kid can't close his mouth cause it's just gaping open from stupidity...do you really think he'll be able to think about 30 things at once that marching band requires? These parents should just put their kids back on the short bus and make them come home after school  |
