Okay, so now I have another question. While of these are good movies (and hi5 to Jay for pointing out Casino, thats a real GANGSTA movie), are we just putting uor favorite movies? Or are we supposed to be putting movies that are actually related to ideals to bettering men and/or furthuring the ideals of our fraternity? I'm not dogging any of these movies, b/c most of them are pretty good. I'm just curious. In a way, you can find some kind of linkage to those high ideals in just about every film listed. Not every one is 100% dead on, but there are things that point to the overall betterment of mankind in every film. And if not, there is always the expression of and commentary on the state of mankind in every film ever made (even porno). And I still let out at least a "DAMN!" at the baseball bat scene in Casino. That "ping" of skull vs. aluminum is just... YARRGENFOTH! |
