Do midgets really live in shorter houses?? I know the stuff inside the house may be ergonomically correct for them, but I don't think the heigth of the house is negotiable. Unless there's a wealthy midget that could do that, I think I saw an episode on HGTV's Amazing Erections (a show about buildings and such) and it was a house fully accommadating a dwarf couple.
But anyways, most midgets live in normal houses with corrections more on the inside than its actual structure. Nevertheless, Shaq would be tall in any house.
